Kestryn, operated by Apelsin For Search LTD, takes a practical, privacy-conscious approach to data. This Privacy Policy sets out what the Kestryn app may process and the reasons for doing so.
For optional account features, we may process your email address and sign-in details. To administer entitlements, we may receive purchase and subscription information from Apple. The app may also generate limited operational data, including its version, device and operating-system information, general location settings, feature events, diagnostics, and crash logs. We process information you give us when requesting help.
Apple, not Kestryn, processes your App Store payment information; we do not store complete card details.
Kestryn may provide tools that support protected or secure connections. We do not record the substance of network traffic carried through those tools. This includes communication content, browsing destinations, and files transferred through the connection.
Processing is limited to delivering and improving Kestryn, validating subscriptions, maintaining security, resolving technical issues, understanding aggregate app performance, and responding to support. We can use Firebase by Google LLC for analytics, remote configuration, and crash reporting (privacy information), and Apphud for subscription management and purchase validation (privacy information). We do not sell personal data or use advertising SDKs for cross-app tracking.
Information may be provided to service partners that help operate Kestryn, to authorities where legally required, or when necessary to prevent fraud or protect rights and security. We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted communications and access restrictions. Records are retained only for a reasonable period tied to operations, legal duties, and legitimate service needs.
Kestryn is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Local law may give you rights to obtain a copy of, correct, delete, or restrict personal data. To make a request, contact apps@apelsinforsearch.com.
