Please read these Terms before using Kestryn. Accessing, downloading, or using the app confirms your agreement to them.
Kestryn supplies iOS connection utilities, network-related tools, optional secure connection features, and subscription-based features. Availability can differ by location and device, and functions can be changed, paused, or removed. You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements that apply in your country and under App Store policies.
If a feature requires payment, the transaction is made through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID upon confirmation. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled no later than 24 hours before their current period ends. You can view, manage, or cancel through Apple ID account settings. Apple applies its own refund procedures, accessible through its support channels or reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices, trials, and periods may differ and may be modified.
You must not use Kestryn to violate a law, compromise any system or network, transmit malware or unsolicited material, evade a security restriction, interfere with the application, infringe another party's rights, or improperly use its secure connection capabilities. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials protected. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
Kestryn, including the code, interface, branding, and content, is protected by intellectual-property laws and belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative work from it except where law expressly permits. The app is offered "as is" and "as available," without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Kestryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages connected with the app. The Kestryn Privacy Policy, Apple App Store terms, and applicable consumer laws also apply. We can update these Terms by posting a revised, dated version. You may discontinue using the app at any time; use Apple settings to cancel subscriptions. Contact apps@apelsinforsearch.com for help.
